I am a native of Geneseo, Illinois - a small town much like Waynesville. I met my wife while in the Army stationed in Germany; we have four wonderful children.
In 1995, I was assigned to Fort Leonard Wood. My wife and I enjoyed its friendly and slow pace of life so much that we decided to retire here.
I have always been active in youth sports as a coach of T-ball and Soccer. After coaching Wrestling for two years, the parents and the High School wrestling coach asked me to be the President of the newly-formed Bad Boyz Wrestling Club.
Three years ago, I was asked by the High School Girls Soccer coach to be their representative to the Waynesville Booster Club. I have since been elected as President of the Board for 2007.
In 2001, I attended Real Estate School. Upon completion of the course and passing the State and National tests, I became a Real Estate Agent. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors® (NRA), the Missouri Association of Realtors® (MAR), and the Pulaski County Board of Realtors® (PCBOR). After serving on several PCBOR committees, I was elected Secretary/Treasurer and later elected by my peers as President of PCBOR. Currently, I am serving as the State Director for PCBOR and have been to Jefferson City to talk with the legislators on several occasions.
My training includes special real estate courses such as Real Estate Practice, Financing, Property Management, Real Estate Investments, 1031 Tax exchanges and Creative Financing. I am also one of the first Realtors® in Pulaski County to earn the
e-PRO Certification from the National Association of Realtors®. It is recognition of leaders in online Real Estate.
